Amazing I went off peak in May and it was just incredible - I’d imagine it wouldn’t be as enjoyable during the peak season. But a beautiful beach with a few beach clubs and nearby restaurants and bakeries - Kuzina is great, the Italian is great also. The beach was great and water was amazing to swim in! We liked the service from the restaurant Kuzina on the beach and felt the value was better than neighbouring ones. Overall, great beach - also considering it's the starting point for the water taxi (boat taking you to other beaches). Ornos was full of €60 per day sun loungers. It’s quite small which is fine but there’s very little to do unless you are in to kite surfing on north beach. We ate mostly at Kostantis which is fab in every way! The Italian along Ornos beach is also lovely. It's so easy to get the bus into Mykonos town from Ornos for 2 euros. There's also a couple of good supermarkets and a gorgeous bakery (Mr Baker). Everything you need!

The hotel beach is just top in terms of the set-up, the sea and the ambiance. Top class hospitality. The staff is friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite with a beautiful sea view terrace. It obviously added value to our stay and made us think of repeating the experience next time. Many thanks to Santa Marina hotel staff for gorgeous time on Mykonos. The hotel is next to one of the main roads of Mykonos, but no traffic noise reached our room. There are a Bus stop to the Chora and Paradise Beach 2 minutes walk away, two supermarkets and two bakeries. There are 2 beaches on each side of Ornos, one for kite-surfing and the other one more family friendly. I had a lovely stay at Asteri Hotel.

Ornos beach is a family beach and it’s gorgeous. The hotel restaurant was the best restaurant of the trip. Socrates was our host and he was the best. So attentive and helpful with tips and advices of where to go and transportations. The bus stop is 2 minutes from the hotel and super-easy to take it.
