It's the perfect place if you need to stay overnight near the airport, in a quiet neighbourhood before or after taking your plane. They have a beautiful and cute rooftop with a gym and also a bar/restaurant. The staff there was amazing, they even offered us a cocktail. The next day, we had our plane a bit later in the afternoon and they nicely let us stay in our room after the usual check-out time, it was very convenient. If you're travelling from Europe, you'll be astonished by how Filipinos are welcoming, especially at this Residence. Everything was better than we could have expected!

The parking space is limited,I see there are 4 space in front of the hotel which is free ,when we get there they are all occupied so we parked at the hotel underground parking with a charge of 150 ps for one night ,I think it’s worth for the safety and also convenient because there is elevator from the underground parking to the reception and the rooms . There are all kinds of restaurants and stores and supermarkets around the hotel in walking distance.

A jungle. Stay out of it. If u dont have to be in Manila or at Luzon ( the island) then stay away and use Cebu as your domestic hub for local flights.

Het doel van mijn reis was niet het bezoeken van Manilla.
Het doel van mijn reis was niet het bezoeken van Manilla. Ik kwam om per fiets een rondreis te maken door Luzon en gebruik Manilla alleen als start en eindpunt van mijn rondreis. Als ik een stad zou willen bezichtigen, zou ik niet zo gauw voor Manilla hebben gekozen. Het verkeer is een ramp.

Drukke stad met veel smog, gelegen in de bergen. Mooi voor een dagje om te zien hoe het stadsleven in noord Luzon er uit ziet. Mensen vluchten voor de smog in het stadspark midden in het centrum. Weinig toeristen en het gevoel dat je de enige reiziger bent maakt het bijzonder.
